The Slonecker's: September 2008

I have not posted any pictures for a long time and I feel bad. My digital camera broke and I am so lost without it. So now I'm back to using my regular camera and disposables....yeah I know tell me about it. The pictures I have posted are ones I found on the computer....so some of them might be older. Well actually they start with the most current (from last Saturday) and then continue to the oldest pics. My friend Emma is getting married next month so last weekend we had her bachelorrete party in Omaha. We spent the night and went to the bars. It was a fun night out.

The girls are doing really good at home. Breanna is enjoying school, even tho some mornings she don't want to get up for school. This week they are learning about farm animals, so today she dressed up as a farmer...she looked so cute. I will try to post those pics once I get them developed...lol. Every day she says she learns the same thing but she always has new things to tell me. I am just so amazed with the stuff she learns and remembers. It makes me sad knowing that my baby is growing up and will soon no longer need me. I am treasuring all my moments with her and taking lots of pics digital camera or disposible. haha!!

Sophia seems to be growing up way too fast. She is crawling all over the place, sitting up on her own, has her two bottom teeth, and likes to say hi. Again I am amazed with how much stuff she learns and does every day....it's such a mircle. She had a lot of dark hair when she was born but now it's kind of thinned out and gotten lighter. Makes me wannder if she will be a blonde. We had to lower her crib down the other night. I know already?? I let Sophia play in her crib in the morning while I get Breanna ready for school. When I went in there to get her she was kneeling against the side of her crib sucking/chewing on the railing! Then she tried to stand up but just fell to the side! She sure isn't scared.

The girls keep me on my toes, including my husband. I better go get them down for a nap/quiet time. Tomorrow my whole family leaves for Worlds of Fun and we are all so excited!! They have all there Halloween stuff up down there so it will be really neat to see!! I will post pics from that as soon as I get them back! Take care for now!
